Please, if anyone feels like they have to hide a mental health thing, don’t. Unfortunately I think this is a common way to feel. I’ve had traits I’ve been masking my whole life and feeling bad about too. I think I know what it is now and I’m finally getting screened in October. My self diagnosis has already allowed me to give myself more grace.

I certainly have never heard of this before. That's a major bummer that it is affecting you as much as it is. If you are willing to share more about it and your personal struggles with it, I'm sure many of us would be willing to listen. You never know, it may help someone else just as much as it could help you by doing so. I wish you the best with whatever you decide.

My cat is named Duncan Idaho and we have a 130 lb newfoundland dog named Chani. When we look at the dog I always tell my wife she has summoned a maker. I remember 2 years ago when she was just a little sand trout.
